• $12/ per bag • each bag has a minimum of 10 cutters (many have more) • cutters may be pre used for photo purposes • themes are based on a majority of what’s in the bag • each cutter has been inspected and clear of any defects • if you order multiple baggies, we cannot guarantee that you won’t get duplicate cutters. Though we will try our best for this not to be the case!
